If you are not satisfied with your Airwalk.com order, please return unused merchandise within 30 days of customer receipt. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Please return items in their original packaging, including: polybags, hang tags, & shoe boxes. The return must be received by Airwalk within 60 days of RMA issuance.
We do not accept exchanges.
When you make a return, we will refund the purchase price plus any sales tax paid for the item. Sorry, we do not refund shipping and handling charges unless you received an incorrect or damaged item and would like a replacement item. In cases where the items are damaged upon receipt, Airwalk will provide a pre-paid return label upon your request. Worn products are not returnable.
To return an item, please log into your account and visit the My Returns page. If you submitted your order using "guest checkout" please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number (RMA).
Credit Card Refunds
All credits will be placed on the same credit card used for the original purchase. Allow one or two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Shipping Charge Refunds
Airwalk.com will work hard to ensure that every order is filled correctly and that products we send are free from defects. If we do make a mistake, you may return your item by mail for a refund of the purchase price plus applicable sales tax & shipping charges.
