Shipping and Handling Charges
Please use the shipping estimator in the cart to receive shipping charges for your order. Orders valued over $75 will receive free ground shipping. (US and Canada only) Cruiser Bikes are excepted and do not qualify for free shipping.
Standard Shipping and Handling
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in 5 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States. P.O. Box and APO/FPO delivery is not available. All orders submitted before 10am PT / 1pm ET will ship out the same day it was ordered.
Express Shipping and Handling
Orders placed with Express delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 10am PT / 1pm ET will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.
Orders placed with Express delivery Monday through Friday after 10am PT / 1pm ET, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days.
Next Business Day Shipping and Handling
Orders placed with Next Business Day delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 10am PT / 1pm ET will arrive on the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification.
Orders placed with Next Business Day delivery Monday through Friday after 10am PT / 1pm ET, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 2 business days.
Next Business Day delivery is not available for Alaska or Hawaii
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.
Airwalk has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at email@example.com.
International Shipping Countries
Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses. EXCLUDED Countries include: UK, IRELAND, BRAZIL, ARGENTINA, JAPAN, CHINA, TAIWAN, INDONESIA, SINGAPORE, MALAYSIA
